Our Services
While our passion is Olympic Weightlifting, we do offer programs for general strength and performance as well. Historically we have worked with youth sports teams to teach young athletes how to lift safely, as well as give them a leg up once they get to high school or college. Youth athletes are taught how to safely perform important movements with the barbell that are used in every weight room in the country at the collegiate level. Athletes will learn to squat, clean, snatch and press. Once athletes show proficiency, the focus shifts to a careful progression to improve strength, speed, and overall performance.
